If you experience difficulty signing up through the website, please check to make sure you are entering in the correct credit card information and information. If you still encounter difficulty, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or go to the “contact us” link and we can go into the testing system and set up your account manually with just a few easy steps.
Difficulty with logging into the testing system
If you are having difficulty logging into the testing system, a few things may be occurring. 1) You may be entering an incorrect username or password; 2) Your account may be expired; 3) We may be posting an update to the database. We will always notify you in advance if changes are taking place that will interrupt your testing for a prolonged period. Please note that your log in information is case-sensitive to protect your security so make sure you take this into account when attempting to access the system.
Subscription expiration and renewal process
Please note that access to COMBANK will expire at 12:00 AM on the date your account is set to terminate. If you would like additional time added to your subscription, no worries….the system will automatically prompt you 7 days prior to the end of your account with us. We offer special renewal rates at the prices listed below:
1 week: $30
2 weeks: $48
1 month: $60
2 months: $100
If for some reason, you miss the deadline, just send us an email and we can renew your account manually.
Questions regarding content
We are open to emails and inquiries regarding the content contained within our database and commend students/residents for their efforts to help us make sure COMBANK is always up-to-date and accurate. All inquiries are quickly looked into and addressed by our editing team to ensure our questions are of the highest quality. No matter how hard we try to be perfect, a few things sometimes slip through the cracks and we look to you to point these out to us so we can address them accordingly.
Resetting of questions and exam history
Because of security reasons, we are unable to reset exam history. If you are forced to quit an exam or need to delete an exam for any reason, you can do this through the “my exams” page. Please note that by deleting an exam, questions from that exam will go back into the “unused” pool, but the results may still remain in your performance history.

When calling us, please leave your name, phone number, email, and a detailed explanation of your support message. We will contact you either by phone or email at our earliest convenience. Accessing COMBANK by iPhone/iTouch
COMBANK offers a web-based technology platform that is compatible with both iPhone and iTouch handheld devices. Please note that there is no downloadable tool or application needed to access the testing system.
