If you fail the COMLEX after using COMBANK, you must send a copy of the failed exam via pdf or fax indicating the date taken and failed score. To be eligible for the guarantee you must have purchased at least a 90-day subscription in the current year that led up to your exam date. We do not offer any credit value to subscriptions less than 90 days.
